Origins
On the internet
Sporadic maintenance of a blog represents my begrudging use of the internet and modern technology to distribute my thoughts. The trouble is that the internet is a complicated mess and I am a disorganized person.
Previous blogs have suffered from bit rot, lapses in attention, and other varied mishaps leading to their eventual decline.
Off the internet
See below for more details, but suffice it to say that a lack of discipline and a generally empty head are the prime movers of my artistic life: there is no paper trail.
Whence, the division
I recognized that previous efforts to publicize my work have been failures (inasmuch as they exist at all), because no thought was given to the readership.
I beg you, my friendly critics,
Do not set about to procure me an audience
Poetical arguments notwithstanding, I want my presence online to be focused and minimal. Henceforth, there will not be a mess of associations between projects and purposes parasitically profiting from the passive good will of the Information Age: in other words, clear lines are now drawn between topics that, at earlier stages, were hopelessly muddled.
The plan of the site
-
The old blog
This now lives at blog.bosamic.com
-
"The Glue Coder"
A work in progress, synthesizing my experiences of working on-again, off-again as a journeyman programmer/developer over the past five-and-a-half years. I continue to tinker with various aspects of computers on a sometimes-daily basis. Sometimes I discover interesting or amusing things. The results of these explorations will be offered to such as find them here.

Future
Hopefully
A "single source of truth" as technologists are fond of putting it, for poems I write. Mayhap, other poems, too?
